With our SodaVie products, it is important to understand these products are ALIVE... meaning they will continue to change even very slightly, as they age. Think more like Champagne than Soda Pop. It is important to follow these simple steps:

• ALWAYS keep SodaVie products Chilled <40F (Standard Referigerator is perfect).
   
• Contents are under pressure! Open with Care!
  It is perfectly acceptable to check the pressure first by pressing on the Flip-Top Bottle from the side. You should hear the sound of pressure escaping. If it is dramatic, continue to de-pressurize in this manner until it opens well. 
  
  
• When opening, keep one hand holding down on the flip-top as you open the wire retainer. This will allow you to close it immediately if you believe the pressure is too much.
